Embrace your passion. Live your dream. Change the world. With the Young Entrepreneur’s Academy, girls are building skills and confidence to thrive in business. During the YEA! program we will teach you how to build a business from idea generation, to creating your business plan, to pitching your idea to an Investor Panel with the opportunity to receive start up funding. Don't worry, we will hold your hand every step of the way with instructors, subject matter experts and mentors to guide you along. We will hear from a graduate of the YEA! Program and hear about her experience with the program. FAQs What is the age range for YEA! Students? Girls in grades 6 - 12 Where will it be located? Class will be held in a central location near Downtown Chicago (dependent upon local COVID restrictions) and Virtually via Zoom. Class meets weekly on Tuesdays from late September - late March. In person class is 3 hours and if we need to be virtual class runs for 1.5 - 2 hours. What is the fee for the program? $695 covers the cost for all 6 months of instruction, materials, field trips, and speakers each week. A limited number of financial aid scholarships are available for those who qualify.
